Daniel T. Fields, age 57 of Bucklin, died Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at University Hospital in Columbia. Danny was born at Kansas City, Missouri on July 16, 1957 to Dale T. and Dixie Lee (White) Fields. He married Vivian Burch Edmonds on November 24, 2004 and she survives him. Danny was a Veteran of the United States Army and was a truck driver. He was an active rider and member of the Patriot Guard, his father and son were both in the service, past president of the Eagles Lodge in Marceline and past president of Eagles Lodge in Brookfield. He is survived by his wife Vivian Fields, of the home in Bucklin, step-mother Bea Fields, Bucklin, sons, Erik R. and Darcy Fields, Brookfield, Danny R. Fields and Alyssa, Brookfield, Tommy Edmonds and Tawnya, St. Helens, Oregon, two brothers, David W. Fields, Bucklin, Gerald E. Coleman, Blue Springs, two sisters, Diana K. Fields Bailey, Trenton, Donna F. Fields, Independence, and nine grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Delaney Funeral Home, Bucklin.
