Mary F. Pope, age 83 of Keytesville, died Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Pioneer Skilled Nursing Center, Marceline. Mary was born at Guthridge Mill, Missouri on January 16, 1932 to Eslie and Florence (Stevens) Turner. She married Fred O. Pope on January 27, 1951. She is survived by four sons, Jesse Pope and Pam, Keytesville; Frank Pope and Jeannie, Marceline; Willis Pope and Cathy, Moberly; and John Pope, Keytesville; daughter, Janet Jacobs and Lewis, Keytesville; sister Katherine Hollon, Brookfield; nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Fred, son Freddie, two sisters, Hallie and Blanche, and three brothers, Millard, Ralph and Frank.Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Friday, February 6, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, rural Keytesville. Visitation will be held Friday at Delaney Funeral Home in Marceline one hour prior to graveside services. The family suggest memorials be made to Mt. Pleasant Cemetery and these may be left at or mailed to Delaney Funeral Home 1720 N. Missouri Ave., Marceline, MO 64658.
